The Onondaga was designed to increase velcro real estate on your helmet for mounting strobes, battery pouches, etc. With an integrated outer lattice structure, it makes weaving communication wiring, or other devices a breeze. The lattice structure also points forward, allowing easy integration of retention lanyards for NVG retention/security.
It is compatible with the PVS-31 Battery Pack, the AB Night Vision Low Profile Battery Pack, and other similar sized external batteries. The loop lined interior of pouch allows for mounting of lead counterweights, or other accessories.
