Return Policy

If your order does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, contact us and we will issue you a pre-printed return label. Only products in unused condition will be accepted. Any items with visible use will be rejected and no refund offered. Your order will be fully refunded minus the cost of shipping.

If you wish to replace an item for another color of that same product, we will handle that for you at not cost, subject to the item being in unused condition.

If you wish to replace a product for a product of a lower value, we will issue a refund for the difference, pending that the item is returned unused. Any items with a higher value will have to be completely refunded, and a new order placed. All card information is encrypted, so we cannot charge your card for the difference.

All orders are 100% covered for life for manufacturer defects originating from COYOTE TACTICAL. We do not cover neglect, modification, improper use, or normal wear and tear.
