Fits perfect on my LEO outer carrier vest. Not too big but holds just enough. Built very solid and material is great. Looking forward to using it for many years.

A very nice product!! Made of high grade materials and strong stitching. Perfect in size, big enough without being to big, perfect for plate carriers, vests or just to attach to your belt or pack!

This pouch came as described and serves my needs as an everyday carry IFAK. I really like how you can attach it to almost anything and allows you to carry on your belt both horizontal and vertical fashion. Very low chance of snagging or getting caught while on the trial. I really like the design, small and compact.

I am a law enforcement officer in Florida and the agency I work for gave me a Cintas PPE container with Band-Aids and alcohol wipes….needless to say with the current state of America and people targeting LE I felt it was necessary to have a solid blowout kit/med kit. The RAK fits that role perfectly. Solid pack, compact I have attached it to my plate carrier.

Everything was in its own spot which is put together very we’ll and allows you to extract an item from the ifak with out accidentally removing another. I was able to grab what I need with out fumbling around with stuff. I have gotten items from several top of the line company’s which are good but this quality easy to use in the field product is my favorite.

For the past several years I have been running a different ‘Tall Boy’ IFAK. I have been working on refining my ECD and travel kits to eliminate the bulk and weight.
I ran across this pouch on the socials, and could not be happier. It will carry much more than I need, and the workmanship is spot on.
The customer service could not be better, and I will be ordering more from the ‘yote in the future.
I carry a TQ, quikclot, gauze, tweezers, various bandaids/ointments (2yr son), med tape, and shears. -
I was searching for a small IFAK bag that opened out, like this. So many out there are too big. This one easily carries chest seals, quick clot, gauze, 4 gloves, and a SWAT-T. There’s a little extra room and think it could be just a tad smaller but otherwise a great bag.
