I have been bugging the guys about this kit ever since I saw the prototype on Instagram, and I was finally able to get one. It is exactly what I was expecting and I have been able to put a ton of supplies in it. It’s very versatile as well with the tear-off option – great work, guys!
If you are looking for a compact kit to use as an IFAK or even just an add-on to a larger kit, get this. The quality of workmanship is excellent. You will NOT be disappointed.

Having worked at a busy trauma center, I noticed a very common self inflicted injury…. GSW ( gunshot wounds). That may not necessarily kill you but the excessive bleeding that ensues will. One thing I was able to take away was that accidents will happen no matter how skillful one may be. With that principle in mind I asked myself “would I be ready to treat a GSW if I injured myself or saw someone else injure themselves?” The answer was no. This pack has changed that. I carry life saving supplies that can help in a situation like the one described above. CTS has the best customer service and i recommend this product to everyone.
-
I’m studying to be an EMT and love shooting. So in my mind medical gear is a necessity. This pouch is easily accessible and also holds the trauma gear you need without sacrificing mobility and is extremely low profile. I have gear made by other reputable companies and this sewing on this pouch exceeds that of major companies. It’s a little bit longer than I thought it would be but that’s good because I can add in a few more things that are important to me and my training skills. Think the size of a DVD sized box but a little bit smaller on the height. It’s perfect and will be on my range belt, backpack, car and trauma bag. Thank you!
-
Fantastic med pouch, everything you need nothing you don’t. I am current LEO and SWAT team member and know the importance of having a med kit available. This pouch will contain everything you need to treat the leading problems of GSW. I carry mine off the center of the back on the belt line for easy excess right and left handed as well as other team members. The pouch is extremely well made, using top notch materials, zippers and hardware. Love the idea of having the tourniquet holder attached at the bottom of the pouch with heavy duty elastic bands for solid retention. Great price for a very well made product. I encourage supporting the smaller businesses that are just getting going because I believe they offer the most intuitive products, which is the exact case here. Good customer service with quick shipping and email updates. When I received my order was pleased to see the hand written note at the bottom of the page, this made me feel like a valued customer and not just a number.
-
I ordered a STOMP several weeks back and when I received it in the mail I immediately liked it. Its small and compact size sits great on the lower back when attached to your belt. Its very easy to remove and put back into place. The quality is top notch and so far has handled well during use. As advertised it fits a lot in its compact pouch and is not too bulky. I have since ordered several more for other members of my team because they too liked it so much.
-
Absolutely the best solution I have found for an IFAK. The buckle and Velcro doubles the retention systems (Two is on, one is none after all) so I am confident it will stay put but is super easy to unbuckle and get to exactly what you need. Other med kits ive used that dont come off lead to you being forced to keep the kit on your front side or fumble around behind you for what you need. The other ones that come off are hard to replace and get back into the fight. this one you can mount back quickly even if you run it on your back side (as I do, although chances are it wont be straight but thats ok. its still secure). I also got the medical insert with it and for anyone trained in Tactical Combat Casualty Care this is everything you need. The Chest decompression needles are not included but then again most people arent qualified to use those and the straps have sewn in loops to secure them and/or sharpies for marking on the TQ or Casualty Cards. Its hard to get into everything that I love about this med pouch. I dont think there is any better solution than this. On top of that Coyote tactical solutions had great customer service, fast shipping, and even a hand written note of appreciation on the receipt. The only negative I have is that I would not run this as your primary tourniquet, the retention system means you have to unbuckle and unvelcro both straps. While it can be done pretty fast, I run this kit on a Ronin Tactics belt on my backside and it takes more time than I like to deploy a tourniquet. I always like to have 2-3 tourniquets on me though so this is a great system to have an extra that is easily accessible, however Ill keep another as my primary on my front side. Thank you Coyote Tactical Solutions for an amazing product in both the pouch and the medical insert. You have a repeat customer and i’ll advocate to anyone in the market for a great IFAK to look no further.
-
Great product I bought it in black and med supplies included .. very happy it’s slim and sturdy and includes great medical supplies for everything you need .. it’s easy to deploy i wear it at my 6 o clock on my Molle belt and it’s great because now I can free room on my Tactical heavy vest at callouts and distribute some weight onto my hips.. the quality is great of this product
-
Great customer service and customization offer from Coyote Tactical. I spoke with someone (sorry I can’t remember your name!) about how to belt mount this kit, and he offered to stitch it so I could slide a 1.75″ belt through.
When the package arrived it even had a piece of 1.75 webbing through it so I could see where to mount it. it fits great and it very unobtrusive.
The pouch was able to fit 2x chest seals
1x Israeli Bandage
Vacuum packed gauze
1x big Quick clot gauze
medical tape
duct tape
small boo-boo kit with neosporin and bandaids
2x pairs of glovesI mounted a CAT TQ underneath it in the elastic bands. I covered the TQ with a plasticy-fabric sun-glasses pouch I had to keep mud and dirt off of it so it will last, but still be easily accessible.
I have this mounted on a Esstac shooters belt with RCS kydex gear, 2x pistol, 2x rifle, and vp9 holster. This kit fits right in the back and it low-pro enough to drive with. It sticks out a little too much for EDC, but I can just easily un-buckle it and stash it in my backpack if needed.
I need to buy some shears and some better gauze and then my IFAK will be perfect.
Thanks again!
-
The newest generation S.T.O.M.P. is an extraordinary piece of kit. My use case is a bit different than the typical LEO/First Responder/Military it was built for. I use it for running, primarily, then hiking and trail running. The quality, well thought out design and excellent customer service make it the best IFAK on market. Highly recommended!
-
A little bigger than the Blue Force Gear MTKN, but smaller than the HSGI Medical Taco. Fits great on the back of any PALS belt. The retention is very solid, but still easy to access, and the zipper style pouch is much more flexible than the MTKN. The external TQ holder is a great idea that adds very little bulk but lets you pack a full size CAT, unlike the MTKN. Plus this will fit shears. IMO the added flexibility far outweighs the slight increase in bulk on your belt compared to the MTKN.
Small nitpick, but the grab strap on the front of the kit could be a little looser to make it easier to grab with gloves when the kit is really packed. Not a big deal though, since it’s just as easy to undo the clip and just tear it off by one of the corners of the pouch.
-
I started following this company on Instagram and their products are amazing and I love this pack. I’m using this product as a blowout kit! It holds all of items without a problem! I originally need the black one but my med bag had a major blowout and I needed a Multicam one. I called and had no problem getting it changed over! I received the package very fast the TQ holder didn’t come ( sometimes it Happens) sent an email and received the reponse fast and got the package fast! I highly recommend this company! And definitely will be ordering more products!
-
Great medical pouch, the elastic straps on the inside allow for great organization inside the pouch and allow for the pouch to be opened and everything stays put and doesn’t fall out or go flying
-
This IFAK is 1) full of everything you need if you get it stocked 2) well designed and we’ll made and 3) fits perfectly on the molle panel for the Vertx Gamut backpack. It was a perfect addition to my edc bag and I couldn’t be happier.
-
This product is awesome! I ordered this so I would be able to wear it on the small of my back on my belt while transitioning in and out of vehicles. This product is just small enough to not be extremely uncomfortable in this use. However spacious enough to fit essentials that all IFAKS should hold. This product had a shipping issue at first due to a USPS error. The customer service with Coyote Tactical Solutions was great. They called USPS and kept me updated on the issue and did everything they could to ensure I received my STOMP. Again great product and great company.
-
Outstanding kit, get you one!
-
I purchased the S.T.O.M.P, and of course I ordered the wrong color. I was able to get a hold of Jesus after hours on his cell phone, and he made the correction without any delay. The pouch is really well thought out and great quality. I’d highly recommend it!
-
This is an excellent low profile design that can be worn on easily on a battle belt or chest rig. The tear off design makes it very practical to access your “MAR” supplies.
-
Thankfully I haven’t had to use it but the pack looks great and fits great on my battle belt. It balances everything out and doesn’t feel like it weighs the belt down. The pack still has room to put more items in it. Great product so far and doesn’t take up alot of space.
-
Fantastic design, can be accessed fast with both hands, opens 180 degrees so can be used as a workstation next to the person in need of aide, zippers solid, plenty of room and extremely well laid and thought out before they made it. Definitely best on the market in my opinion.
-
Just purchased this medkit, definitely high quality. I have only basic medical experience from police academy, but it fits everything i know how to use. Well made and looks good! The multicam with coyote trimming is sweet.
-
I spent a lot of time looking around at different IFAKs but finally decided to go with the S.T.O.M.P. And it’s exaxtly what I was looking for. It’s extremely high quality, very slim, low profile, yet easily fit all the med supplies I need. I love the adjustable tournicate straps. Would definitely recommend.
-
Awesome blowout kit. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, doesn’t stick out far, stays nice and contour to your belt. Light weight and small but big enough for what you need. I am very happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend.
-
Great company creating a simple fast product, perfect for a belt kit or plate carrier, I went with the full med load out and can’t be more then happy with everything included. Weighted well and everything is high quality, stitches, zippers and Velcro retention with the buckle.
-
I never had the gen 1 stomp but the gen2 really is everything i could want in an ifak. It’s secure, easy to access, and holds everything an EMT is trained to use plus more. I’ve got mine loaded with all the things I want and it is still low profile enough to not be cumbersome. I’d definitely recommend this
-
Bought this and I’m very impressed. Can be set multiple ways to a vest or belt. Currently running this on a Robin TF belt and it’s grey and easily accessible. Love the fact it can me easily removed from the Velcro strap for quick access if needed.
-
This medical kit is amazing very slim, sleek. This product does not catch or snag like an issued ifak. Great for mounted operations or foot patrols. Very light weight.
-
Awesome pouch, well made. Very slim, fits a good amount of medical supplies.
-
Exactly as expected. Perfectly sized for small of the back.
-
Great IFAK pouch fits perfectly on my battle belt very happy customer.
-
The STOMP has worked well during my deployment. I put it on the small of my back on a HSG slim battle belt. No issues. Thin enough that there is no discomfort sitting with a plate carrier. Nice to have moved the IFAK off the plates and onto the belt.
-
Really versatile system you can use for rapid deployment. Fits all your Ifak essentials and more!
-
Perfect size and function. Like the horizontal orientation doesn’t flap around. Fits tq, clot, Israeli bandage and more. You won’t be disappointed.
-
Very happy with the product seems very sturdy and is packed in an efficient manner. As an EMT this has everything I could think to deal with a trauma patient. Great product.
-
Was out of stock when I wanted it, emailed company, was back in stock the following week. Got it in a week or two even with the Rona mucking everything up. Took my Stop the Bleed intermediate kit and fit it all in, added some extras and attached to my kit and I’m stoked to try it out. It works as advertised and the quality is exceptional. I’m waiting for the Rona restrictions to pass so I can try it on the range. I will be purchasing a second one that I can attach with Velcro somewhere in my truck. It’s super compact, easy to access, and large enough to carry everything I could need for a massive bleed situation.
-
This things packs tight like a brick and holds a deceptively large amount of supplies. The inside’s elastic organizers are tough and there’s no movement of contents. Stitching and materials are on-point, this is the belt IFAK to get.
-
This thing can fit a ton of stuff in here and the material is sturdy and all seams are lock stiched and cuts are all melted so no worries of fraying anytime soon. The interior panels make it easy to customize to your liking/loadout. I’m very happy with the purchase and it was worth the short wait.
-
Awesome pouch love it in every way but the new generation comes with user configurable guts so have an idea where you want everything to go before hand and it makes the set up a lot easier
-
This is the pouch I’ll recommend to my friends. I bought it without the med gear and used my own from other pouches laying around, so it does take some tinkering to get how you want to set it up and make it fit, but it’s the perfect size for belt carry and not be smacking your ass into everything. Huge plus is the ability to rip it off instead of having to take my belt off or reach around and fumble blindly at what I need. The zippers are built like a tank so you can stuff it to the brim and not worry about it ripping. Solid pouch definitely my go to now.
-
The STOMP stomps on the competition with superior retention to the Reflex IFAK, BFG IFAK, and others that rely on just velcro alone. The build quality of my STOMP is the usual quality you expect from Coyote, only the best. The kit Coyote supplies is a fantastic IFAK if you want it. The size of this IFAK allows you to specialize your STOMP to be specifically for bleeding control, chest wounds, burns, or whatever your mission will require for bare but critical essentials
-
Purchased the STOMP after weeks of research. The kit is incredible. All the supplies I need and none that I don’t. Quality of the pouch is awesome. I’ve already ordered a BURRITO to go with it. Thanks Coyote Tactical for an outstanding product.
-
I have used, and put together many IFAK’S. Currently to date (Jan 2021), this is the number one complete IFAK I have seen or used. You may add certain things if you are more advanced in emergency medicine, but for a one stop kit, this should be the one you get.
The med contents are the highest quality from North American Rescue.
The bag itself is a genius tear away design so you have the bag at your hands for whatever situation arises. Stitching and fabric is high quality and seems to be superior than other designs and companies I have used.
I would say whoever created this ifak has been or is currently an actual end user in the field.
Came with ifak bag, med contents in dated and vacuum sealed, bungee organization, and two malice clips (can be attached multiple ways-not just with malice clips)
You pay for what you get, and I’d advise anyone on the fence to get this!
Incredibly fast shipping after my order. (No BS fake “in stock” situation like many companies do).
Coyote Tactical has got my back and will have yours.
-
I’ve purchased many IFAK kits over the years and this one definitely works the best.
I place my at the 6 o’clock on my belt. It does stick out enough that it’s not super comfortable sitting in a vehicle, but it’s not uncomfortable either.
For my uses, what I like is the ability to tear off the pouch from the belt with either hand. I also like that the provided bungee cords keep all the contents from spilling out when you open the pack. That small feature makes a huge difference if/when you have to suddenly move a Pt midstream or to simply keep items from accidentally falling out and getting contaminated during normal use.
FYI, if you opt for the medical insert, it packs out the pouch with a little bit of extra room. I added a medium chem stick and coagulant.
-
I only got the pouch to attach to my belt but this is the best IFAK medical pouch. Beware of clones that are more expensive and of lesser quality. It,s great, customizable, and easy to attach both on the belt and storing your medical gear. Great quality material and stitching. Comes with a shock cord, shock cord clamps, and malice clips for different mounting options. Only wish it came with more strands of shock cord, but no biggie. Love Coyote Tactical Solutions and their company views, will definitely recommend and be purchasing more stuff.
-
I don’t know if it was the 7 million new gun owners or the pandemic that threw a loop in to trying to find or purchase the S T O M P Gen 2 from Coyote Tactical Solutions, but I’m glad I stayed in touch with them and kept checking on availability through the 6 months it took to finally be able to purchase it. This med pouch is quality made through and through. Double heavy duty zippers, Room for the basic med pouch, fits nice on the Viking Tactics battle belt with the mollie straps or they also have a nice big Velco backing also. Great piece of equipment for those in need of a quality long lasting med kit pouch.
-
If you train, you need this! Small size, carries what you need. I also have the larger kits from CTS but this will stay on my belt. Great quality, ease of use, and hopefully never needed but confident if I do.
We are spoiled with 2 day delivery these days but I wouldn’t trade fast shipping just to get a bad product. Quality stitching, great components, color is as advertised if that matters to you. You can tell they have studied to make their products better than other companies. Medical kits designed with the injury in mind.
-
Appropriate space for critical interventions for dealing with immediate care of GSW or TA injuries with a user-defined shock cord organization system that holds stuff safely but gets out of the way with no added movement or effort. Comes away from the backer when desired so you’re not left working out of a pouch from an awkward angle or can separate to give to another person in your element. Good construction with no obvious flaws in craftsmanship. Stays secure in movement. Exceptional customer service, true to their word.
-
This IFAK is phenomenal. I love the versatility and that’s it’s a tear away. You can stuff this pouch full of med kit. My favorite part of this pouch is the bungee cord system and modularity inside the pouch. Other systems that sell a hook and loop system make you pay extra for inserts. That’s not needed with this system. It’s amazing and plan to buy more gear from coyote tactical solutions.
-
Running in on belt loops till my AWS SMU arrives. Nothing really negative to say. stitch work is solid as their reputation is well deserved in quality. The ability to remove it to sit is what drives the reason of this being the best. along with being able to mount it multiple different way and platforms.
-
I did a lot of research on different IFAKs before deciding on the STOMP 2. Out of all the products on the market, this best fit my criteria of an ambidextrous, tearaway, horizontally mounted kit that was large enough to stock for major trauma. It’s not as slick as a BFG Micro Trauma, or one of the blowout pouches on the market, but I think they are better suited to a flat range med kit for treating one or two GSWs. Due to the nature of my job, when dealing with injury, it’s more likely to be massive trauma in an austere environment, so I wanted a more well-stocked IFAK. The size is comparable to any issued military IFAK, but every single feature is superior. The only issue I have experienced is the zippers occasionally catch on the plastic edges of my chest seals, and I wish that there was a piece of fabric on the inside of the zipper to prevent that. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product if you want a larger belt-mounted option.
-
This is the perfect year of med pouch! Extremely high quality, fits my entire medical kit with ease and functions without any flaws! Do not hesitate to buy this product!!!!
-
Been in Fire/Police Rescue long enough to know good from bad, this pouch was what I was looking for in a personal use small quick detachable size. I only have two real complaints, One is that both the internal sections are sewn along the three quarters of the perimeter, because of the rounded corners in design, this cuts the size opening to about a half inch smaller than a Hyfin Vent Chest Seal (which means you have to roll over the edges to make it fit), not a big deal, but it does hamper installation and removal. Second is the Tourniquet elastic straps, they are very tight (good or bad depending on your perspective), a Gen 7 CAT when installed can only be removed from one direction, something you have to prelan for if your going to be grabbing one handed.
This pouch is just large enough for a single user load out, I was able to fit: Basic Fluff Roll, 2″ x 4.5 yds, 1 ea, Celox Rapid Ribbon 1ea, Combat Application Tourniquet (CAT) – Gen 7,1 ea, Glutose 15™ Oral Glucose Gel, Hyfin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack 1 ea, Israeli Emergency Bandage Width: 4″ Width 1 ea, 4×4 sponge 4 ea, Misc Bandaids, 5.5″ EMT Shear 1 ea, EMS gloves 2 ea, Emergency blanket 1 ea.
I have carried it on 4 ops now,and no wear a tear is noted, and the pouch is small enough I do not feel it get in the way. Worth the price. -
Laser cut MOLLE is top notch, made with tough materials works great on my belt. Holds the essential medical supplies needed for my edc needs.
-
By far the most well thought out medical pouch I’ve ever owned. Like this platform out or design it anyway you choose. It will hold the compact chest seal on either side pocket which I really like. Most are too small and you have to fold the chest seal.
-
– Coyote Tactical was AWESOME to work with, and very accommodating.
– The STOMP is a bit smaller than anticipated, but in a good way.
– The medical insert has all the things we need and packed very well.
– The laser cut pouch is very nice, and I’m confident it will hold up to our abuse. -
Very customizable and large but compact medical pouch. Easy to deploy, but durable and secure when in place. Only thing I can gig is some instructions on how to use the bungie webbing, but aside that a great med pouch at an affordable price.
-
It’s a very well thought out design simply put. I like the ability to retain and access the contents in an organized fashion when it’s opened, and still be able to carry the pouch once the contents have been used without having to stuff a pouch into your pocket or backpack because it doesn’t fit securely back in it’s carrier.
-
This thing is nice. Durable. I put everything in there, no problem. You can tell it’s quality!
-
Allows you to organize your IFAK any way you want. Pockets on the inside allow you to slide a chest seal in without taking up space. Love it.
-
My whole squad is running these, one of the guys got one and as soon as we all saw it that was it, we all had to have it. The retention system for the medical supplies is perfect, the fact that it’s user configured means that it will fit whatever you need it to and there are sufficient materials provided to set it up. This pouch is in my opinion the perfect size for my application, which is a belt mounted pouch at my 6 o clock. My medic was thrilled when he saw this thing because it’s the first pouch anyone has wanted to use that holds this much medical gear, usually guys want to skimp on it so they can carry less but this pouch makes it easy and comfortable. The only thing he had us do is tie a retention lanyard from the Velcro base to the pouch itself so that when casualties get moved their IFAK doesn’t get separated from them accidentally, but that’s an SOP driven thing and not everyone needs it or even wants it, and the people who do need it can just add some coiled elastic for like $1 so it’s not a big deal at all. I would recommend this pouch to anyone looking for a medical kit for a belt setup, and I truly believe that this is the new gold standard for belt mounted IFAKs.
-
I was looking for:
1. slim.
2. tear away.
3. easy to set up.
4. ambidextrous.
5. belt-mounted.
6. high quality.I was having a hard time choosing between STOMP and HSGI’s ReFlex, and eventually, bought the STOMP, because it’s slimmer, there is less material on the outer shell, STOMP opens up like a tray where everything is visible to me, it is easier to reattach it to the mount, it is significantly cheaper, and the GEN 2 also allows you to organize your gear however fits you with their bungee cord weave-through design.
I should note: I carry Hyfin chest- seals, nasal airway, combat gauze, a CAT tourniquet, Israeli bandage, trauma shears also fit inside (although I prefer to carry them separately) some nitrile gloves and there is plenty of room left should you purchase the medical contents CT offers (I carry the basics for Trauma care).
It is Made in the USA and of superb quality! I highly recommend it!!
-
The design is the best to secure and remove with the buckle and tear off with hook and loop. It’s easy to reinstall and Is comfortable on my belt. When sitting it feels like a small back pillow.
It was easy to use the supplied bungee cord and customize the load
Total time 10 mins to complete and secure the supplies and add other items. In comparison It is a little larger than BFG micro but not by much.
-
Plenty of room for a customizable blow out and individual first aid kit. Easily detachable with either hand from the belt. Allows room for specialized needs and medications. The tourniquet holder on the bottom of the kit is a lifesaver, easily accessible. Room for a casualty space blanket.
One not need to purchase the replacement components, but it’s all inclusive, and fills the need for the trained individual. First rate quality. -
I really like that you can set up the layout anyway you want. Takes some trial and error. But personally I think I’d like to have a gen 1 stomp just because it’s already laid out just fill it and go, but that’s just me being a little lazy.
-
I’ve used many different med/ifak pouches and this one is by far the best that I’ve used so far. I recommend to anyone looking for a great product at a reasonable price. You pay for crap – you’ll get crap. I suggest buying this whole heartedly!
-
Rock solid product. Perfect for use as a LEO.
-
Bought this pouch to replace another very popular brand, and I can tell I’m pretty impressed by it. The STOMP is a more comfortable medical pouch to have on your belt, and you can keep your needed medical items very organized. In my opinion, this medical pouch sets the standard for others.
-
NEVER SKIMP ON THE THING THAT IS GOING TO SAVE YOUR LIFE!!!
Your personal med kit should be THE most important thing on your battle belt or otherwise chosen service rig, placed in THE most accessible position, around which all other things are placed.
I was previously using a NAR OUT-PAK that I liked on a leg-drop, but knew I wanted something that I could wear closer to the chassis, while still wanting to maintain the compact effectiveness of the OUT-PAK, and the S.T.O.M.P. was the clear answer to what I was looking for. I absolutely love that it is Tear-Away design. I was able to easily convert all the contents of the OUT-PAK over with room to spare, and the space behind the webbing on both sides is pretty much *perfect* for holding a COMPACT HyFin pack (and still has plenty of room to toss in some QuikClot!). Added on some velcro strips to parts of the kit myself to accommodate ID and morale patches.
Really my only “complaint” is that I *really* liked the pre-made design of the GEN1 that is what I WANTED to buy, but that’s really just a point of laziness — you can’t deny that the *complete* CUSTOMIZABILITY of the GEN2 design with the cords is a superior approach.
If you’re in a line of work or living where the risk of severe bodily harm is a real and regular threat, then get your s!@# squared away, and get and equip this med kit — you won’t have ANYTHING to be disappointed about.
-
This is an essential piece of equipment that needs to be deployed quickly. This product can be deployed quickly and with either hand. The quality of this product far exceeded my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend.
Perfect size overall and the ability to customize the interior tie downs is a plus.
-
Quality both in design and materials. Takes up minimal room on gunbelt yet big enough to hold, shears, Israeli bandage, chest seal, 2x gauze, tape, forceps and miscellaneous small items. Tourniquet holder on bottom works great and removal design makes for quick and easy access. I’ll be buying more to keep in multiple vehicles.

BLUF: the mounting options were not clear but the IFAK is a perfect size, comfortable, and performs well.
I ordered this IFAK because it appeared it could be belt mounted. My understanding of this was that it could be worn on a standard belt via a laser cut passthrough. Other websites describe it as such and hands on review I saw showed this feature. This isn’t the case and the only mounting option is the lazer cut MOLLE with the Malice strips. This will work okay on my belt as I sized the clips down but it isn’t ideal.
The inside is very large and the elastic retaining bands are completely adaptable. This is great because the first aid gear I’m issued is large. Other smaller IFAKs would not be able to hold what I need. This one can and is comfortable doing so.
-
One of the best if not the best Ifak I’ve used mounted on a belt. It’s very compact but also extremely spacious. I have the traditional Ifak insert inside, plus my Trama sears and I have a TON of room left. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for something different
-
Having the tourniquet easily accessible on the bottom is nice and the buckle holds everything in place really good. Unbuckle and it tears right off the velcro super easy. It holds everything I need it to and a bit more!
Included attachments to molle it to my belt worked great! -
I love this IFAK so much, I bought multiples so I could put one on each of my battle belts. The construction of the bag itself is study and secure, which is a comfort when I’m running and gunning. I highly recommend Coyote Tactical Solutions products!

I own 2 of these. These are a lot less than a BFG Micro Trauma Kit plus the Hammock, and the elastic bungie allows you to customize how things are organized. All of the elastic cord, a few tighteners, and malice clips are included.
-
Was doing my research on a IFAK for a few weeks and finally decided on this one. Once it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of stitching and construction on the pouch. Fit perfect on my battle belt.
-
Large enough to hold a lot, small enough to not get in the way when riding in a vehicle. Securely mounts to belt or MOLLE and ability to rip pack out of holder works well.
Don’t skimp – buy the good stuff – this here pouch does what it’s designed to do. Highly recommended…
-
Over all it’s a really great ifak. The size is big enough to carry everything you need, but not to big that you feel bulky. You could even add some first aid to it if needed (bandaids, etc). Although i prefer to keep mine clear for blood trauma only.
The contents are all quality brands and sized perfectly for the pouch.
The latch also holds the cat tourniquet so it wont fall out.
If you’re going to carry only ONE ifak, this would be the one. The smaller ifaks don’t have enough in them.
-
I was really hard stuck between this and the roll 1 from ferro and I’ve very happy with the stomp. More space than a roll 1 but easy access just like the roll 1 has. I would say if your on the fence definitely give this a shot. I’m glad I did
-
Excellent IFAK. Easy to access no matter where you place it on your kit. Low profile so you don’t get caught up in tight corners or exiting vehicles. big enough to carry all the essential equipment.

At this price point most IFAK’s wont include as many items let alone a TQ. Probably the best out of the box IFAK’s you can get.

I compared this IFAK/Med insert with Blue Force Gear’s line of Trauma Kit NOW IFAK/med inserts and Coyote Tactical won out. The pouch is a great option that fits in the “not too big, not too small” category of gear. I wear mine on my non-dominant side of my plate carrier where it sits just snug enough not to interfere with my other kit/maneuverability.
I could see this working on a belt system as advertised in the product pictures but when filling the IFAK with the med insert purchased here I would think it would stick out from the body to where the kit would get in the way. I would assume other’s milage will vary but maybe try a smaller IFAK for that purpose. Take my advice with a grain of salt though, I do not run a belt in my kit setup so my experience is limited in what does and does not work with a belt.
Otherwise, the quality is here, the fit and finish is awesome and the versatility to be able to mount and stash medical supplies on and in the IFAK is exactly what you want for if you are in a blow-out situation. I have bought other gear from CT and this product stands up to the standard CT maintains.
-
This is the second one I’ve purchased for another belt because I like it so much! It’s a great size and holds what’s necessary. The biggest selling point for me was that it can be removed quickly being tear away. Great product and craftsmanship!
-
It’s a very good IFAK or mini medical bag for off duty. With cords and slotted panels allow for complete freedom in organization and modularity. Along with a unique Velcro and buckle implementation allows quick and easy separation and usage of the bag. It’s not recommended by medical for no reason it’s earned it’s reputation.
-
Great IFAK. Fits perfectly on my belt, not too bulky that it gets in the way and not too small that you sacrifice storage.
-
Sturdy and well built. I got the m81 camo and I like the fabric quality and color. The zipper is stout and I like the way it is removable with just one clip. The bungee included is totally customizable so that you can set it up for your needs. Absolutely 5/5 stars.

Thank you!

2x pairs of gloves
I mounted a CAT TQ underneath it in the elastic bands.

Matt –

And definitely will be ordering more products!
zack –
Great medical pouch, the elastic straps on the inside allow for great organization inside the pouch and allow for the pouch to be opened and everything stays put and doesn’t fall out or go flying
Zach –
This IFAK is 1) full of everything you need if you get it stocked 2) well designed and we’ll made and 3) fits perfectly on the molle panel for the Vertx Gamut backpack. It was a perfect addition to my edc bag and I couldn’t be happier.

Outstanding kit, get you one!
CAMERON ACORN –
I purchased the S.T.O.M.P, and of course I ordered the wrong color. I was able to get a hold of Jesus after hours on his cell phone, and he made the correction without any delay. The pouch is really well thought out and great quality. I’d highly recommend it!
[email protected] –
This is an excellent low profile design that can be worn on easily on a battle belt or chest rig. The tear off design makes it very practical to access your “MAR” supplies.
Anthony Caban –
Thankfully I haven’t had to use it but the pack looks great and fits great on my battle belt. It balances everything out and doesn’t feel like it weighs the belt down. The pack still has room to put more items in it. Great product so far and doesn’t take up alot of space.
[email protected] –
Fantastic design, can be accessed fast with both hands, opens 180 degrees so can be used as a workstation next to the person in need of aide, zippers solid, plenty of room and extremely well laid and thought out before they made it. Definitely best on the market in my opinion.
Taylor –
Just purchased this medkit, definitely high quality. I have only basic medical experience from police academy, but it fits everything i know how to use. Well made and looks good! The multicam with coyote trimming is sweet.
Kyle M –
I spent a lot of time looking around at different IFAKs but finally decided to go with the S.T.O.M.P. And it’s exaxtly what I was looking for. It’s extremely high quality, very slim, low profile, yet easily fit all the med supplies I need. I love the adjustable tournicate straps. Would definitely recommend.
Kyle –
Awesome blowout kit. Doesn’t take up a lot of space, doesn’t stick out far, stays nice and contour to your belt. Light weight and small but big enough for what you need. I am very happy with my purchase. 10/10 would recommend.
Travis Nickolaus –
Great company creating a simple fast product, perfect for a belt kit or plate carrier, I went with the full med load out and can’t be more then happy with everything included. Weighted well and everything is high quality, stitches, zippers and Velcro retention with the buckle.
DD –
I never had the gen 1 stomp but the gen2 really is everything i could want in an ifak. It’s secure, easy to access, and holds everything an EMT is trained to use plus more. I’ve got mine loaded with all the things I want and it is still low profile enough to not be cumbersome. I’d definitely recommend this
Derek m –
Bought this and I’m very impressed. Can be set multiple ways to a vest or belt. Currently running this on a Robin TF belt and it’s grey and easily accessible. Love the fact it can me easily removed from the Velcro strap for quick access if needed.
Jared –
This medical kit is amazing very slim, sleek. This product does not catch or snag like an issued ifak. Great for mounted operations or foot patrols. Very light weight.
Mike –
Awesome pouch, well made. Very slim, fits a good amount of medical supplies.
Tony –
Exactly as expected. Perfectly sized for small of the back.
Anonymous –
Great IFAK pouch fits perfectly on my battle belt very happy customer.
Joel –
The STOMP has worked well during my deployment. I put it on the small of my back on a HSG slim battle belt. No issues. Thin enough that there is no discomfort sitting with a plate carrier. Nice to have moved the IFAK off the plates and onto the belt.
Chris –
Really versatile system you can use for rapid deployment. Fits all your Ifak essentials and more!
Anonymous –
Perfect size and function. Like the horizontal orientation doesn’t flap around. Fits tq, clot, Israeli bandage and more. You won’t be disappointed.
joe –
Very happy with the product seems very sturdy and is packed in an efficient manner. As an EMT this has everything I could think to deal with a trauma patient. Great product.
Stroop –
Was out of stock when I wanted it, emailed company, was back in stock the following week. Got it in a week or two even with the Rona mucking everything up. Took my Stop the Bleed intermediate kit and fit it all in, added some extras and attached to my kit and I’m stoked to try it out. It works as advertised and the quality is exceptional. I’m waiting for the Rona restrictions to pass so I can try it on the range. I will be purchasing a second one that I can attach with Velcro somewhere in my truck. It’s super compact, easy to access, and large enough to carry everything I could need for a massive bleed situation.
mudge –
This things packs tight like a brick and holds a deceptively large amount of supplies. The inside’s elastic organizers are tough and there’s no movement of contents. Stitching and materials are on-point, this is the belt IFAK to get.
Lionel Joshua Garcia –
This thing can fit a ton of stuff in here and the material is sturdy and all seams are lock stiched and cuts are all melted so no worries of fraying anytime soon. The interior panels make it easy to customize to your liking/loadout. I’m very happy with the purchase and it was worth the short wait.
Redacted –
Awesome pouch love it in every way but the new generation comes with user configurable guts so have an idea where you want everything to go before hand and it makes the set up a lot easier
Anonymous –
This is the pouch I’ll recommend to my friends. I bought it without the med gear and used my own from other pouches laying around, so it does take some tinkering to get how you want to set it up and make it fit, but it’s the perfect size for belt carry and not be smacking your ass into everything. Huge plus is the ability to rip it off instead of having to take my belt off or reach around and fumble blindly at what I need. The zippers are built like a tank so you can stuff it to the brim and not worry about it ripping. Solid pouch definitely my go to now.

Jeff –
Purchased the STOMP after weeks of research. The kit is incredible. All the supplies I need and none that I don’t. Quality of the pouch is awesome. I’ve already ordered a BURRITO to go with it. Thanks Coyote Tactical for an outstanding product.
Bill –

CAANG –
I only got the pouch to attach to my belt but this is the best IFAK medical pouch. Beware of clones that are more expensive and of lesser quality. It,s great, customizable, and easy to attach both on the belt and storing your medical gear. Great quality material and stitching. Comes with a shock cord, shock cord clamps, and malice clips for different mounting options. Only wish it came with more strands of shock cord, but no biggie. Love Coyote Tactical Solutions and their company views, will definitely recommend and be purchasing more stuff.
Dan –
Nathan Owen –
If you train, you need this! Small size, carries what you need. I also have the larger kits from CTS but this will stay on my belt. Great quality, ease of use, and hopefully never needed but confident if I do.
We are spoiled with 2 day delivery these days but I wouldn’t trade fast shipping just to get a bad product. Quality stitching, great components, color is as advertised if that matters to you. You can tell they have studied to make their products better than other companies. Medical kits designed with the injury in mind.
DF –
Appropriate space for critical interventions for dealing with immediate care of GSW or TA injuries with a user-defined shock cord organization system that holds stuff safely but gets out of the way with no added movement or effort. Comes away from the backer when desired so you’re not left working out of a pouch from an awkward angle or can separate to give to another person in your element. Good construction with no obvious flaws in craftsmanship. Stays secure in movement. Exceptional customer service, true to their word.
LEO –
This IFAK is phenomenal. I love the versatility and that’s it’s a tear away. You can stuff this pouch full of med kit. My favorite part of this pouch is the bungee cord system and modularity inside the pouch. Other systems that sell a hook and loop system make you pay extra for inserts. That’s not needed with this system. It’s amazing and plan to buy more gear from coyote tactical solutions.
kevin sandoval –
Running in on belt loops till my AWS SMU arrives. Nothing really negative to say. stitch work is solid as their reputation is well deserved in quality. The ability to remove it to sit is what drives the reason of this being the best. along with being able to mount it multiple different way and platforms.
AJ –
Lucas –
This is the perfect year of med pouch! Extremely high quality, fits my entire medical kit with ease and functions without any flaws! Do not hesitate to buy this product!!!!
Jester –

Laser cut MOLLE is top notch, made with tough materials works great on my belt. Holds the essential medical supplies needed for my edc needs.
Brian –
By far the most well thought out medical pouch I’ve ever owned. Like this platform out or design it anyway you choose. It will hold the compact chest seal on either side pocket which I really like. Most are too small and you have to fold the chest seal.
USAF EOD Technician –
– Coyote Tactical was AWESOME to work with, and very accommodating.
– The STOMP is a bit smaller than anticipated, but in a good way.
– The medical insert has all the things we need and packed very well.
– The laser cut pouch is very nice, and I’m confident it will hold up to our abuse.
Anonymous –
Very customizable and large but compact medical pouch. Easy to deploy, but durable and secure when in place. Only thing I can gig is some instructions on how to use the bungie webbing, but aside that a great med pouch at an affordable price.
Anonymous –
It’s a very well thought out design simply put. I like the ability to retain and access the contents in an organized fashion when it’s opened, and still be able to carry the pouch once the contents have been used without having to stuff a pouch into your pocket or backpack because it doesn’t fit securely back in it’s carrier.
Megatron –
This thing is nice. Durable. I put everything in there, no problem. You can tell it’s quality!
Bartosz Gorzynski –
Allows you to organize your IFAK any way you want. Pockets on the inside allow you to slide a chest seal in without taking up space. Love it.
Anonymous –
Alon –
I was looking for:
1. slim.
2. tear away.
3. easy to set up.
4. ambidextrous.
5. belt-mounted.
6. high quality.
I was having a hard time choosing between STOMP and HSGI’s ReFlex, and eventually, bought the STOMP, because it’s slimmer, there is less material on the outer shell, STOMP opens up like a tray where everything is visible to me, it is easier to reattach it to the mount, it is significantly cheaper, and the GEN 2 also allows you to organize your gear however fits you with their bungee cord weave-through design.

Dan –
Plenty of room for a customizable blow out and individual first aid kit. Easily detachable with either hand from the belt. Allows room for specialized needs and medications. The tourniquet holder on the bottom of the kit is a lifesaver, easily accessible. Room for a casualty space blanket.
One not need to purchase the replacement components, but it’s all inclusive, and fills the need for the trained individual. First rate quality.
Anonymous –
I really like that you can set up the layout anyway you want. Takes some trial and error. But personally I think I’d like to have a gen 1 stomp just because it’s already laid out just fill it and go, but that’s just me being a little lazy.

I’ve used many different med/ifak pouches and this one is by far the best that I’ve used so far. I recommend to anyone looking for a great product at a reasonable price. You pay for crap – you’ll get crap. I suggest buying this whole heartedly!

Rock solid product. Perfect for use as a LEO.

Bought this pouch to replace another very popular brand, and I can tell I’m pretty impressed by it. The STOMP is a more comfortable medical pouch to have on your belt, and you can keep your needed medical items very organized. In my opinion, this medical pouch sets the standard for others.

This is an essential piece of equipment that needs to be deployed quickly. This product can be deployed quickly and with either hand. The quality of this product far exceeded my expectations and I HIGHLY recommend.
Perfect size overall and the ability to customize the interior tie downs is a plus.

One of the best if not the best Ifak I’ve used mounted on a belt. It’s very compact but also extremely spacious. I have the traditional Ifak insert inside, plus my Trama sears and I have a TON of room left. Would fully recommend to anyone looking for something different

Having the tourniquet easily accessible on the bottom is nice and the buckle holds everything in place really good. Unbuckle and it tears right off the velcro super easy. It holds everything I need it to and a bit more!
Included attachments to molle it to my belt worked great!

Was doing my research on a IFAK for a few weeks and finally decided on this one. Once it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of stitching and construction on the pouch. Fit perfect on my battle belt.
Major Confusion –
Large enough to hold a lot, small enough to not get in the way when riding in a vehicle. Securely mounts to belt or MOLLE and ability to rip pack out of holder works well.
Don’t skimp – buy the good stuff – this here pouch does what it’s designed to do. Highly recommended…

I was really hard stuck between this and the roll 1 from ferro and I’ve very happy with the stomp. More space than a roll 1 but easy access just like the roll 1 has. I would say if your on the fence definitely give this a shot. I’m glad I did

This is the second one I’ve purchased for another belt because I like it so much! It’s a great size and holds what’s necessary. The biggest selling point for me was that it can be removed quickly being tear away. Great product and craftsmanship!

Great IFAK. Fits perfectly on my belt, not too bulky that it gets in the way and not too small that you sacrifice storage.

Sturdy and well built. I got the m81 camo and I like the fabric quality and color. The zipper is stout and I like the way it is removable with just one clip. The bungee included is totally customizable so that you can set it up for your needs. Absolutely 5/5 stars.
